Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in data engineering, ML/AI infrastructure; 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data platform teams; expertise in feature store technologies (Feast, Tecton, SageMaker, Databricks); proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark; experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, dbt) and data governance (HIPAA, GDPR). Preferred: Proven AI/ML automation in data workflows; experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences; familiarity with streaming, MLOps, data lakehouse architectures. The position is remote within the U.S., with 20% travel expected, offering a salary range from $194,600 to $361,400, plus benefits and performance incentives.
