Director, Analytical Development

Role: Director of Analytical Development at Thymmune, leading strategy and execution for analytical methods supporting iPSC-derived cell therapy pipeline. Responsibilities: oversee assay development, method transfer, regulatory documentation, and QC support; manage and mentor a high-performing team; collaborate with CDMOs and CTLs; and drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities. Requirements: 15+ years biotech/pharma experience, preferably in cell and gene therapy; advanced degree in biological sciences or related field; 7+ years managerial experience; expertise in potency assays, flow cytometry, product characterization, and regulatory compliance.
