Director - Analytical Chemistry

Role: Lead analytical sciences within Synthetic Molecule Design and Development to support development, registration, and commercialization of small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, and ADCs. Responsibilities: provide technical leadership in analytical method development, validation, stability, impurity profiling, and process characterization; manage and mentor a small team of analytical scientists; collaborate on developing control strategies for drug substances and products; author regulatory documents (IND/CTA, NDA/MAA) and oversee technology transfer to CROs/CMOs; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements: Ph.D. in analytical or bioanalytical chemistry; 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; proven leadership in pharmaceutical product development; strong expertise in analytical method development for small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, or ADC payloads.
