Job Description (Director of AI Enablement & Value Acceleration – MedTech Supply Chain Digital)
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the AI enablement and value acceleration strategy for global digital transformation programs (including Transcend ERP).
- Build a portfolio of AI automation opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and delivery acceleration.
- Identify manual, repetitive, and high-cost activities suitable for agentic AI automation.
- Ensure seamless integration of process with technology through deployments.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for agentic AI solutions (ideation → roadmap → execution → deployment → continuous improvement).
- Collaborate with supply chain operations, IT, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Establish a scalable agentic AI framework.
- Define/monitor KPIs and success metrics; ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and auditability standards.
- Develop/execute go-to-market and change management to drive adoption.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related).
- 10+ years in digital strategy, product management, or digital transformation.
- Proven digital product development leadership (agile, roadmaps).
- Experience leading global transformations; strategies for custom apps and SaaS.
- Experience gathering requirements/insights from customers; strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Understanding of agentic intelligent automation and AI technologies.
Preferred:
- Supply chain domain knowledge; ERP implementation (e.g., SAP).
- Leadership experience managing high-performing teams; experience design skills.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled testing/QA or documentation automation; familiarity with DevOps/delivery acceleration.
