Role: Lead AI-enabled transformation within Nektar's Development functions, focusing on process optimization, automation, and dashboards to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Responsibilities: manage cross-functional initiatives, identify and implement high-impact AI use cases, support adoption of AI tools and governance, and serve as the interface between stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements: 8+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors, with deep understanding of clinical development and experience supporting digital transformation, AI technology, and regulated GxP environments.
