Director - AI Orchestration & Enablement (Raritan, NJ or Guaynabo, PR)

Role Objective
Lead creation/operation of an enterprise AI enablement and orchestration platform to standardize model deployment and multi-model/agent workflows, embed governance/security, and enable scalable, cost-effective AI automation with measurable value.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and lead AI enablement/orchestration roadmap aligned to outcomes and ROI.
- Design/build/operate orchestration for model deployment, inference routing, agent workflow chaining, lifecycle automation, and low-latency routing across cloud and edge.
- Deliver platform capabilities: feature store, model/catalog, policy engines, observability/metadata, developer toolkits/templates, self-service flows.
- Establish production MLOps (pipelines, CI/CD, canary/blue-green, rollback), automate provisioning, and cost-aware inference scaling.
- Lead agentic AI/multi-model architecture patterns (prompt management, tool use, human-in-the-loop).
- Ensure governance, risk tiers, auditability; partner on security controls; operationalize monitoring/observability.
- Drive integration standards/APIs with enterprise systems, RPA, and partners; manage AI asset lifecycle.
- Lead people enablement/change management; build and grow cross-functional team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
- Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8–10 years related experience.

AI/ML (incl. LLMs, fine-tuning, evaluation, bias/fairness); orchestration/agentic patterns; scalable model serving; data/feature management; observability & reliability; security/privacy; integration/APIs; cost/P&L acumen; stakeholder communication; people leadership.
