Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise GenAI/AI applications.
- Architect, build, and deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions; propose solutions that meet requirements.
- Plan and coordinate project deliveries to meet timelines and business needs.
- Lead hands-on engineering: develop core features/infrastructure; write production-grade code (Python, React, as needed).
- Implement software best practices (modularity, version control, CI/CD, automated testing) and perform code/architecture reviews.
- Set standards for clear documentation; drive adoption of engineering best practices.
- Manage and mentor senior/junior engineers (hiring, onboarding, objectives, progress tracking, performance reviews).
- Research and implement agentic AI solutions using LangChain/LangGraph; build autonomous agents for reasoning, multi-step workflows, and tool use; optimize performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Develop React user interfaces; integrate front-end with APIs/AI models; maintain REST APIs and microservices.
- Deploy/monitor/maintain AI apps with cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability; oversee cloud cost/performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering (or related).
- 7+ years software/AI engineering; 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Experience developing/deploying enterprise cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Advanced Python and React; familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Strong AI lifecycle, security, compliance, and performance knowledge.
