Position Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Enterprise AI applications; drive technical strategy for GenAI solutions, ensuring integration, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build end-to-end GenAI applications.
- Define solution architectures using AWS, Azure, and GCP for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Present/propose technical solutions and plan/coordinated deliveries to meet timelines and business needs.
- Hands-on engineering: develop core features/infrastructure; write production-grade code in Python and React (and other languages as needed).
- Apply best practices (modularity, version control, CI/CD, automated testing); perform code/architecture reviews.
- Set standards for thorough documentation.
- Manage and mentor senior/junior engineers (hiring, onboarding, day-to-day activities); set objectives, track progress, and conduct performance reviews.
- Research and implement agentic AI (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph); build autonomous agents with reasoning and tool use; optimize for reliability, compliance, and enterprise production.
- Develop intuitive React UIs; integrate front-end with APIs and AI models; maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain using cloud-native infrastructure (containers, CI/CD, observability); oversee cloud cost/performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs in CS/Engineering (or related).
- 7+ years software/AI engineering; 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Enterprise application development/deployment in AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Advanced Python and React; familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Strong knowledge of AI lifecycle, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management.
