Director, AI Enablement, Commercial & Medical Affairs

Role: Director, AI Enablement at BeOne oversees the design, development, and scaling of enterprise AI platforms, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, and large language model (LLM) services. Responsibilities: lead AI/ML platform architecture—covering RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, MLOps practices, and integration with existing data and marketing ecosystems; establish frameworks and tools to enable data scientists and engineers to build AI applications efficiently; design and operationalize RAG and autonomous AI systems; partner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines; enforce AI governance, security, and compliance standards; and act as a cross-functional leader translating business needs into scalable AI solutions. Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years of experience in AI/ML platform development, with hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain), MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable API/microservices development; proficiency in Python, SQL, and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake). Preferred: experience in pharma/healthcare industry, especially with medical or patient data, and familiarity with agentic AI and autonomous systems. Travel: ~10-15% for strategic meetings or launches. No supervisory responsibilities.
