Role: Lead R&D technology transformation and AI enablement at Harmony Biosciences, focusing on process optimization, digital solutions, and AI solutions within clinical, regulatory, safety, and quality workflows. Responsibilities: advise R&D leadership on technology improvements, lead process assessments and redesigns, identify and implement AI and automation use cases (e.g., trial analytics, document automation, pharmacovigilance insights), and drive AI governance and lifecycle management. Act as primary partner between R&D and IT/Data/AI teams, translating business challenges into scalable technology and AI solutions, and managing external vendors. Lead cross-functional project delivery ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and privacy standards. Qualifications: bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Business or related; 10+ years pharma/biotech IT experience; 5+ years in business technology partnership, analytics/BI, and AI/automation solutions; proficiency with Veeva systems, AI/ML, NLP, and responsible AI principles. High-Value: R&D and clinical workflows, AI/GenAI, GxP compliance, regulated biopharma environment, cross-functional collaboration, domestic travel (~5%).
