Director, AI and Agentic Engineering

Role: Lead enterprise AI platform strategy and operations, focusing on scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions within biopharma. Responsibilities: define AI engineering roadmap, develop production-grade generative and agentic AI solutions, establish AI-native standards, oversee cross-functional collaboration with IT, security, legal, and business units, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field with 11-13 years’ experience; 5+ years in AI or cloud platform engineering; strong expertise in AI architecture, generative AI, LLMs, cloud providers (AWS, Bedrock, Databricks), and modern AI engineering practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability.
