Position Summary
- Lead and support high-value People Function priorities and critical projects (e.g., organizational design & execution, talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, process/system improvements, change management, and advancing the people strategy).
- Manage multiple projects from design to execution and provide business client support as needed.
- Operate at an enterprise level; provide strategic direction/oversight and lead complex, business-aligned transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and collaborate across the People operating model to deploy People strategies.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs; build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Use People analytics to inform decisions and measure intervention impact.
- Identify risks/trends early and develop proactive solutions.
- Role-model respect and inclusion; foster geographical/cultural diversity.
Qualifications & Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of People/HR experience or relevant business/strategic consulting.
Required/Preferred Skills
- Strategy & business acumen; systems thinking.
- People analytics/metrics; data visualization (Excel, Tableau).
- Consulting/business partnering; ability to influence.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, action-orientation, and program management.
