Director, Agentic Lab

Role: Lead design, prototyping, and validation of next-gen AI agents and autonomous workflows, focusing on evaluating emerging AI technologies and developing reusable reference implementations. Responsibilities: partner with engineering teams to transition prototypes into enterprise capabilities; define best practices for prompt engineering, reasoning, memory architectures, and observability; contribute to enterprise standards and mentor AI engineers. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, with 7+ years in AI, machine learning, or software engineering, including technical leadership; hands-on expertise with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, APIs, Python, and cloud-native development. Preferred: experience in regulated industries like pharma or healthcare; building enterprise AI platforms and developer ecosystems. HighValue: AI agent design, autonomous workflows, foundation models evaluation, enterprise AI standards; experience in regulated biopharma environments is a plus. WorkSetup: Remote in the U.S., with 10% domestic/international travel.
