Director, Agentic AI Solutions – US Market Access

Overview
- Lead the US Market Access AI and Agentic AI program; set strategy, prioritize mid-to-large AI initiatives, coordinate delivery with Tech and external partners, and drive adoption via change management.
- Serve as Market Access SME for Agentic AI; translate business priorities into a portfolio of projects, plans, and measurable benefits.

Principal Responsibilities
- Own Agentic AI program strategy: roadmap, governance, intake/prioritization, and interdependency management.
- Partner cross-functionally (Market Access leadership, Access Optimization, Operations, Compliance/Legal/Privacy, Tech, vendors) to align priorities and secure sponsorship.
- Build business cases/ROI and benefits realization plans; provide executive value tracking/reporting.
- Coordinate delivery with Tech and vendors: translate requirements into delivery briefs; manage scope/timeline/quality; escalate risks.
- Lead change management and adoption (communications, role redesign, training, pilot-to-scale playbooks).
- Define success criteria/KPIs/dashboards; monitor adoption and impact.
- Oversee risk, compliance, and ethical considerations; embed approved controls for data use cases.
- Evaluate pilots, run continuous improvement cycles, and scale proven solutions.
- Select/govern vendors and partners; manage procurement, contracting, SLAs, and performance.
- Build AI literacy/capability via workshops, playbooks, and stakeholder consulting.

- Delivery on scope/schedule; adoption/utilization and workflow change; business impact/efficiency/cost savings; effective risk & compliance; stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or related.
- 5+ years in digital transformation/data/portfolio/product management in US Market Access (BioPharma) OR 5+ years management consulting with client delivery.
- Experience applying AI/GenAI in Commercial/Market Access (use cases, evaluation criteria, integrations) without hands-on model development.
- Experience coordinating AI/analytics delivery with Tech/vendors and driving change/adoption.

Required Skills
- Program/stakeholder management; ROI/business case development.
- Data governance/privacy (HIPAA) awareness and healthcare regulatory considerations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing.
- Analytics tool comfort (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Experience scaling AI adoption/product management; payer databases/reimbursement exposure; relevant Agentic AI certifications; experience selecting/managing AI vendors.

- Up to 20% travel.
