Role: Lead ADME and Metabolic Identification projects as Director, overseeing scientific quality, study design, and client consultation in drug metabolism. Responsibilities: provide strategic direction, resource planning, staff development, and ensure financial and quality targets across global sites; act as Study Director (50% workload). Qualifications: Master's in biochemistry, pharmacology, or toxicology with 10+ years in pharmaceutical research; 5+ years in ADME studies; preferred Ph.D. with 10+ years, including 8+ years in ADME, 3+ years in leadership roles.
