Main Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic and tactical execution for the Dupixent Franchise Access Strategy team and integrate Payer Marketing tactics into brand business and alliance management.
- Support strategic and tactical execution for the Dupixent Value & Access team and integrate payer marketing tactics into brand business and alliance management.
- Collaborate with brand therapeutic areas to inform brand strategy and tactical development for Dupixent indications as an expert from payer/distributor/channel perspectives, ensuring economic considerations are incorporated.
- Partner with HEVA to inform real-world evidence generation and ensure health economic activities meet payer needs while demonstrating Dupixent franchise value.
- Execute market access strategies and plans, including the brand value story, and integrate tactics into the overall brand plan.
- Identify gaps in market access understanding; develop plans to gain payer insights via primary research/advisory boards and implement vendor projects.
- Develop value communication platform and messaging to support access targets and goals.
- Uncover pull-through and push-through opportunities and advise execution for all channels/geographies based on formulary position and opportunity.
- Manage vendors/agencies (RFPs, selection, milestones).

Professional Skills and Competencies
- Experience in payer/brand marketing; working with US payers.
- Leadership; ability to lead cross-functionally.
- Specialty space knowledge (pricing, distribution, payer dynamics); product launches; specialty pharmacy experience.
- Understanding of Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid.
- Analytic skills; ability to develop payer value propositions; executive communication.
- Legal/regulatory awareness; technology adoption.

Education
- B.A./B.S.; advanced degree preferred.

Experience
- 6–10 years in pharmaceutical healthcare sector.
- 5–7 years in payer space.

Travel
- Approximately 20%.
