ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive atopic dermatitis access strategy (payer coverage, SPP fulfillment, patient support, field messaging execution).
- Develop access messaging tactics and supplemental selling resources for sales, field reimbursement, and key account management.
- Define/monitor access KPIs; use data and AI to optimize strategy and field execution.
- Design market access field training and partner with field leadership.
- Organize field input teams (sales/access), support POAs, and attend district/regional meetings as needed.
- Lead interactions with field reimbursement teams (non-promotional resources, trainings, platforms, strategic partnerships).
- Evolve office staff engagement/messaging for peer-to-peer, non-personal promotion, and field interactions (in coordination with legal/compliance/regulatory).
- Partner with Patient Services on hub initiatives for patient access.
- Work with US Market Access (USMA) payer marketing to grow and communicate formulary coverage.
- Lead access congress strategy for the dermatology franchise (biologic coordinators, HCPs, clinical pharmacists as appropriate).
- Ensure cross-functional integration across Payer, Consumer, and HCP plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years industry experience with 5+ years marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare access/reimbursement and patient journey.
- Track record improving patient access; ability to translate insights into strategies/results.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams/agencies; budget monitoring experience.
- Strong communication; influence without authority; stakeholder mobilization.
- Experience working with customer-facing colleagues and leadership.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA/advanced degree; dermatology/immunology specialty experience.
- Experience with field access/reimbursement and cross-functional support (legal, compliance, digital, operations).
- Prior payer/access/organized customer marketing or sales experience.

Work: Ability to travel; Hybrid.
Comp/Benefits (as stated): Base salary $162,900–$271,500; bonus target 20% of base; eligible for long-term incentive; benefits include 401(k) match and additional retirement contribution, paid time off, caregiver/parental leave, medical/dental/vision coverage.
