Role Responsibilities:
- Drive development of the atopic dermatitis access strategy (payer coverage, SPP fulfillment, patient support, field messaging).
- Lead access messaging tactics and supplemental selling resources for the atopic dermatitis franchise (sales, field reimbursement, key account management).
- Define and monitor access KPIs; use data and AI to optimize strategy and execution.
- Design market access field training; partner closely with field leadership.
- Organize field input teams for field sales and field access; support POAs and attend district/regional meetings as needed.
- Lead interactions with field reimbursement, creating non-promotional resources, trainings, platforms, and partnerships.
- Evolve office staff engagement/messaging in peer-to-peer, non-personal promotion, and field interactions with legal/compliance/regulatory alignment.
- Partner with Patient Services to implement hub initiatives enabling patient access.
- Work with US Market Access payer marketing to grow and communicate formulary coverage.
- Lead access congress strategy for dermatology franchise audiences (e.g., biologic coordinators, HCPs, clinical pharmacists as appropriate).
- Ensure integration across Payer, Consumer, and HCP strategy and tactical plans.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years industry experience with 5+ years marketing experience.
- Knowledge of US healthcare landscape, access/reimbursement, and patient decision-making.
- Track record proposing interventions improving patient access.
- Cross-functional leadership; budget monitoring.
- Strong communication; influence without authority; autonomous priority management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/advanced degree; dermatology/immunology specialty experience.
- Experience with field access/reimbursement; prior payer/access/organized customer marketing or sales.

Travel/Work Location:
- Ability to travel to conferences/field/customer meetings; hybrid work.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary $162,900–$271,500; bonus target 20% of base; eligible for long-term incentive; 401(k) match plus retirement contribution, paid leave, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
