Responsibilities:
- Lead global & U.S. communications for an investigational antiretroviral, including regulatory approvals, scientific data presentations/publications, and business/reputation milestones.
- Oversee communications for pricing, value, and patient access; partner with Policy and internal/external stakeholders.
- Amplify commitment and engagement with the HIV community, including brand-supportive, unbranded programming.
- Deliver internal/external communications aligned to corporate narrative and HIV strategy; partner with global & U.S. HIV marketing leaders.
- Evaluate and execute innovative omni-channel strategies for internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop communications strategies/materials for global regions/subsidiaries; advise on franchise/product communications issues.
- Liaise with advocacy organizations, external experts (e.g., researchers), and trade/local news media.
- Work with PR agencies; manage related budgets.
- Manage a direct report supporting the HIV portfolio.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum BA required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 8+ years in communications/PR in pharma or related industry.
- Excellent written/oral communications across multiple channels.
- Strong project management; can juggle competing priorities.
- Collaborative, fast-paced, high-visibility success.
- Budget and agency management experience.
- Ability to develop strategic comms plans and execute tactically.
Preferred Experience:
- HIV experience; people management/leadership.
