Responsibilities:
- Lead Global & U.S. communications for an investigational antiretroviral, including regulatory approvals, presentations/publications, and business/reputation milestones.
- Oversee communications for pricing, value, and patient access; partner with Policy, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Drive HIV community engagement via brand-supportive, unbranded programming.
- Manage communications to internal/external audiences aligned to corporate narrative and HIV strategy; partner with Global/U.S. HIV marketing leaders.
- Evaluate and implement omni-channel strategies for stakeholder engagement.
- Develop region/subsidiary strategies, programs, and materials; advise on franchise/product communications issues.
- Liaise with third parties (advocacy groups, external experts/researchers) and trade/local news media.
- Work with PR agencies and manage related budgets.
- Manage a direct report supporting the HIV portfolio.

Education:
- Minimum BA required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 8+ years in communications/PR within pharma or related industry.
- Excellent written/oral communications across channels.
- Strong project management; handles competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player in fast-paced, high-visibility role.
- Budget and agency management experience.
- Ability to create strategic comms plans and execute tactically.

Preferred:
- HIV experience; people management/leadership experience.

Required Skills:
- Communications strategy, content creation, crisis comms, digital/internal/media/PR, omnichannel management, social media strategies, stakeholder engagement.
