Role: Lead the strategic and operational management of Johnson & Johnson's European Health Data Space (EHDS) program within Clinical Data Transparency. Responsibilities include defining and executing the program strategy, governance, and roadmap, aligning regulatory requirements with business and technological capabilities, and overseeing cross-functional teams across global functions such as Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, Data, and Tech. The position involves managing complex stakeholder relationships, driving risk mitigation, resource planning, change management, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of EHDS initiatives. Qualifications: Advanced degree in a science, healthcare, or business field; minimum 7 years' experience leading large, cross-functional programs in pharma, healthcare, or tech sectors; strong expertise in program management, governance, EU data regulations (e.g., GDPR, clinical transparency), and experience in regulated environments. Preferred skills include Agile methodologies, data governance, analytics, and emerging technologies. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, negotiation capabilities, and some international travel. It is based in multiple European or US locations, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite). The position offers strategic influence over data standards and compliance in a highly regulated landscape, supporting long-term health data infrastructure and transparency efforts.
