Dir., Clinical Data Transparency, EHDS

Role: Lead the strategic and operational management of Johnson & Johnson's European Health Data Space (EHDS) program within Clinical Data Transparency. Responsibilities: define and execute the EHDS strategy, governance, and implementation roadmap; oversee cross-functional project execution across regulatory, legal, technology, and business teams; manage stakeholder alignment, risk, resource planning, and change management; develop program metrics, reporting, and external collaborations. Qualifications: advanced degree in science, healthcare, or business; 7+ years of experience leading large, complex programs in pharma, healthcare, or technology; expertise in portfolio and project management with certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred); knowledge of EU data regulations, EHDS, GDPR, and clinical data transparency standards; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
