What You’ll Be Doing
- Align business objectives with digital and technical solutions for the Lebanon API site.
- Serve as an integrator between business and technology to ensure digital solutions meet business needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders and local/global IT teams to define requirements, prototype, implement, and validate digital solutions.

How You’ll Succeed
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes at the Lebanon API site and apply it to digital solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business processes into technical terms and vice versa.
- Oversee configuration, installation, and validation of digital systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Apply corporate computer system validation requirements per Lilly quality standards.
- Support technical needs including application configuration, data accessibility, integration design, and BI reporting.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project managers.
- Enhance site digital literacy to enable ongoing support and innovation.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, business analysis, digital integration, or similar hybrid role.
- 1+ year of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Additional Preferences
- Experience in a GxP regulated environment.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Tulip, Power Apps).
- Power-user experience with quality/engineering/health & safety applications (e.g., Veeva, Maximo, Autodesk Cloud).
- Experience with analytics/BI (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- GMP regulatory understanding (e.g., FDA regulations).
- Knowledge of the computer system validation process.
- Ability to analyze/anticipate/resolve complex technical, operational, or business issues.
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues.
- Learning agility and intellectual curiosity.

- Location: Lebanon API site, Lebanon, Indiana (onsite).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $64,500 - $151,800.
- Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus (depending on performance).
