Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the decision fabric product vision and roadmap with digital R&D product, architecture, and AI platform teams.
- Define the functional scope for decision fabric agents and agentic workflows via cross-functional requirements discovery with R&D stakeholders.
- Champion decision fabric adoption by developing and evangelizing best practices, guidelines, and standards.
- Maintain an inventory of all agents and agentic workflows to ensure discoverability, prevent duplication, and avoid โ€œagentic chaos.โ€
- Lead cross-R&D governance forums to prioritize use cases, maximize synergies, and drive reuse.
- Define requirements for integration between the decision fabric and data/analytics fabrics for comprehensive R&D decision support.
- Partner with the AI platform team to define core platform capabilities: connectivity, reusability, configurability, accessibility, security, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications (Required):
- MS in Business, Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in digital product management (preferably pharmaceutical industry).
- Required familiarity with: agentic AI workflows (production beyond PoC), agent design/tool integration/orchestration/multi-agent coordination; MCP server design and tool development; agent lifecycle management/versioning/inventory/reuse; decision systems (rules engines, BPM, decision modeling); DevOps to productionize agentic workflows; AWS (preferred); data lakes/warehouses/pipelines (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).

Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving.
- Ability to lead cross-functional discovery workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Track record driving governance and organizational change/adoption of new technologies.
- Experience designing agentic AI workflows for enterprise decision-making.
- Experience connecting decision systems to data lakes/warehouses/analytics fabrics.

Education/Logistics:
- Masterโ€™s degree required.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite.
