Main Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Execution: Lead the decision fabric’s product vision and roadmap with digital R&D product, architecture, and AI platform teams.
- Agent Capability Development: Define the functional scope for decision fabric agents and agentic workflows via cross-functional requirements discovery with R&D stakeholders.
- Change Leadership & Adoption: Champion adoption by developing and evangelizing best practices, guidelines, and standards.
- Agent Lifecycle Management: Maintain an inventory of agents and agentic workflows to ensure discoverability, prevent duplication, and avoid “agentic chaos.”
- Governance & Prioritization: Lead cross-R&D governance forums to prioritize use cases, maximize synergies, and drive reuse.
- Cross-Fabric Integration: Define requirements to integrate the decision fabric with data/analytics fabrics for comprehensive R&D decision support.
- Platform Capabilities: Define platform capabilities with the AI platform team, including connectivity, reusability, configurability, accessibility, security, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications / Required:
- MS in Business, Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in digital product management (preferably pharma).
- Experience with: agentic AI workflow productionization; agent/tool orchestration and multi-agent coordination; MCP server/tool design; agent lifecycle management (versioning, inventory, reuse); decision systems (rules engines/BPM/decision modeling); productionizing DevOps for agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS (preferred) and data lakes/warehouses/pipelines (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving; cross-functional workshops; governance/change leadership.
- Master’s degree required.
