Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance of Digital R&D strategy materials, operating plans, portfolio views, and roadmap documentation.
- Organize and track priority initiatives (milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, follow-up actions).
- Consolidate inputs from Product Line Owners, program leads, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure portfolio information is clear, current, and consistently structured.
- Keep reporting systems up to date; consolidate meeting materials, decision logs, action trackers, and follow-up communications.
- Track business value, delivery progress, milestones, operational performance, and budget across priority initiatives.
- Collect and organize inputs for value delivery (business cases, KPIs, OKRs, adoption indicators); identify gaps/missing inputs in budget/resource/procurement documentation.
- Prepare leadership summary views (progress, risks, dependencies, value realization); track action-item follow-up.
- Draft and organize communications, meeting summaries, and portfolio reports.
- Coordinate meetings (agendas, notes, decisions) and maintain trackers/repositories/templates.
- Support ad hoc operational projects, analysis, and problem-solving.
Basic Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in Strategy, Operations, or related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance, life sciences, digital field, or related.
- Understanding of organizational change management and Six Sigma.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Budget, OKRs, and performance metrics experience.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights/presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
- Results-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital R&D teams.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with pharma R&D processes (portfolio management, clinical operations, CMC, Labs).
- Basic understanding of agile development and product lifecycle.
