Digital Quality Product Line Lead

Role: Lead the digital quality product line for Animal Health, shaping the vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with quality, lab, and IT strategies. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product backlogs based on enterprise value and regulatory risks, leading global rollout of digital solutions, ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV, and CSA standards, and driving standardization and modernization efforts. Act as primary IT partner for Quality and Lab leadership, translating business needs into digital capabilities, and fostering adoption through change management and training. Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including product owners and solution leads, while identifying emerging technologies like AI/ML to enhance quality decision-making and lab efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 7+ years experience in GxP-regulated environments such as Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing IT; proven leadership in digital product management within regulated industries; strong knowledge of QMS, LIMS, SDLC, CSV, and inspection readiness. Preferred skills include expertise in big data, DevOps, microservices, and relevant programming languages. High-value specifics: focus on digital quality and lab platforms, GxP compliance, global scope, and technology innovation. Work setup: hybrid, with flexibility for travel as needed.
