Digital Quality Product Line Lead

Role: Senior Digital Quality Product Line Lead overseeing the development and implementation of digital quality and lab solutions within Animal Health. Primary objectives include defining the product roadmap, ensuring compliance with GxP and CSV standards, and standardizing digital capabilities across regions. Responsibilities encompass leading design, global rollout, lifecycle management of digital products, aligning solutions with regulatory and business needs, and driving adoption via change management. Leading cross-functional teams and solution leads, the role emphasizes technology innovation, including AI/ML and automation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences, with 7+ years in GxP-regulated environments such as Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing IT; experience leading digital platforms; and expertise in QMS, LIMS, SDLC, and CSV. Preferred skills involve advanced knowledge of Big Data, DevOps, Microservices, and product management tools. The position reports to Quality leadership, requires hybrid work with some travel, and is based in the US.
