Digital Quality Product Line Lead

Role: Lead digital quality and laboratory product strategy within the Animal Health domain, overseeing multi-year roadmaps, standardization, and global deployment. Responsibilities: define and prioritize product backlogs, ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, CSA standards, and maximize platform value through modernization and enhancement. Act as primary IT partner for Quality and Lab leadership, driving adoption via change management and training, and leading cross-functional teams including product owners and solution leads. Stay current with emerging tech like AI/ML to improve quality and lab efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences; 7+ years' experience in regulated GxP environments, with proven leadership in digital product lines or large-scale platforms. Expertise in QMS, LIMS, SDLC, CSV/CSA, and inspection readiness. Skills: Apache Kafka, Big Data Analytics, DevOps, Microservices, Python, and GxP regulations. Preferred: Experience with regulated animal health or biopharma digital systems is implied. Work setup: Hybrid model, with flexible work arrangements.
