Role: Digital Products & Experiences Operations Associate supporting product delivery coordination within a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: manage scheduling, maintain project plans, track milestones, risks, issues, and action items; support status reporting, facilitate meetings, and oversee intake, scope changes, and documentation in tools like Smartsheet or Jira. Contribute to product lifecycle activities such as requirements, roadmaps, and launch coordination; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Marketing. Qualifications: bachelor's degree with 0+ years or equivalent experience; strong organizational skills, stakeholder communication, and a human-centered mindset. Preferred: experience in health tech, regulated environments, or pharma/life sciences; familiarity with AI tools, UX research, Agile, and project management tools.
