Role Summary

Role: Digital Product Owner, iCare Exchange. Location: Cambridge, MA. You will drive digital product co-development with US therapeutic areas, roadmap planning and analytics, and product delivery through Agile methods, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet patient program needs and support Sanofi’s digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the roadmap for a defined set of integrations (High Touch Therapeutic Areas), or project stream related to patient service program integrations
  • Define, prioritize and partner with the Digital iCare exchange product line owner to plan, prepare roadmaps
  • Manages backlog refinement and drive features prioritization effort, for release definition
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, vendors, System integrator on Digital Integration requirements and technical documentation
  • Define, Review and Approve iCare exchange stories, requirements in Jira
  • Manage delivery of associated area of responsibility, ensuring proper end to end test cases are prepared and executed prior to release
  • Prepare metrics and KPIs to ensure successful execution of integration services and business value
  • Responsible to ensure GXP, Validated features comply with defined standards, documentation and release with related approvals for Compliance, Legal and Regulatory purposes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of total professional experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
  • Within those 5 years, integration experience on the following technologies: AWS, Informatica, Layer 7, Salesforce
  • Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech or similar industry experience.
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and Microsoft tools – Excel, Powerpoint
  • Product Management, Business Analysis
  • Business acumen & Business Partnering
  • Application Design & Integration
  • Compliance Knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment (e.g., REMS, GXP, validated environments)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree – Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
