Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with business stakeholders and iCare users to understand and document user flows and processes to ensure the voice of the customer is incorporated into product design
- Works cross-functionally across the digital organization, including digital product owners and the customer experience team
- Document and prioritize product specifications, including goals, use cases, user stories, and business requirements
- Develops and communicates value to development teams; defines system features
- Contributes to the definition and maintains Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to meet standards and system quality requirements
- Manages work flow through Kanban into the program backlog
- Collaborates with other product owners for release management through the hypercare phase
- Collaborates with legal, compliance, and quality partners when needed
- Ensures GXP and validated features comply with defined standards, documentation, and release approvals for Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory purposes

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Product Owner or Product Management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector (or related)
- Working knowledge of the patient regulatory environment
- Working knowledge of regulatory environment (e.g., REMS, GXP, validated environments)
- Experience managing external vendors
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority

Skills / Required / Preferred:
- Product Management and Business Analysis
- Business acumen and business partnering
- Application Design & Integration
- Compliance of computerized systems (REMS, GDPR, PHI, PII, GXP)
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confluence is a plus
