Role: Digital Product Manager for Deviations & Issue Management within the Quality Management System (QMS) digitization initiative, reporting to the Investigation Product Owner. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams in implementing Deviations & Issue Management processes into Veeva Vault QMS, migrating from existing systems (Appian, UiPath, SAP ECC) and integrating with SAP S4 Hana; define product vision, roadmap, and backlog; collaborate with subject-matter experts across manufacturing and research divisions; oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud platform solutions ensuring compliance with GxP and SDLC standards; lead development of AI/ML capabilities for deviations; manage stakeholder relationships and promote organizational change. Requirements: Bachelor’s in a scientific or technical field; 10+ years in pharma or biotech, with proven experience in process improvement, system implementations, and cloud deployments in regulated environments; deep knowledge of Deviations & Issue Management processes and QMS systems (Veeva Vault, Trackwise, SAP, Appian); strong leadership in cross-divisional teams and product management; familiarity with AI/ML / Gen AI in quality processes; excellent communication skills. Preferred: 5+ years in GMP manufacturing or quality roles, with exposure to manufacturing supply chains, GxP compliance, and global deployments; advanced degree preferred. High-Value: focus on GxP-compliant digital transformation in pharma manufacturing & R&D, managing complex global projects, and integrating AI/ML solutions. Work setup: hybrid with ~10% travel.
