Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DS&I Digital Capability Portfolio PPM Lead to develop DS&I-specific strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Support business cases for new technologies across GSMG & GWES.
- Work with IT and key GSMG & GWES stakeholders to align digital priorities.
- Build marketing/communication content for product releases and raise awareness of upcoming tools.
- Maintain communication plan based on digital roadmap (including related releases outside GSMG & GWES such as IT/GBS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with leadership and stakeholders to deliver objectives.
- Review/update project details (value drivers, milestones, dates, risks, actions) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Analyze DS&I digital portfolio backlog; identify opportunities.
- Define and monitor value realization measures.
- Complete ad-hoc portfolio projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Establish/enforce standardized tools across DS&I, GSMG, GWES.
- Support programs to raise digital acumen across GSMG & GWES.
Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in business administration, IT management, real estate/facilities, procurement, or supply chainโfocused on program/portfolio management and digital transformation/strategy.
Technical & Interpersonal Skills
- Cross-functional leadership and communication; present to audiences from entry-level to C-level.
- Create videos/content for new technologies/tools on the Digital Roadmap.
- Build end-to-end business cases; track/report realized vs. projected benefits.
- Analyze issues across safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, and people.
- Knowledge of procurement and/or facilities digital landscape (trends, standards, products, solution development).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $106,200โ$167,200; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
