Digital Marketing, Ultra Rare Medicines - Senior Manager
What You Will Do / Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation of Ultra-Rare brand strategies into digital channels for HCPs and consumers in the U.S.
- Translate brand strategy into digital execution, owning end-to-end tactics from creative brief/message development through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional matrix teams (commercial, global commercial capabilities, analytics, regulatory, compliance, vendors) to prioritize work and deliver targeted brand results.
- Promote analytics and automation tools (e.g., modular/GenAI content creation, workflow automation, production analytics) to reduce manual work and speed insights.
- Convert objectives into measurable KPIs/SLAs; recommend operational changes based on performance.
- Maintain Ultra-Rare brand and unbranded websites and associated processes.
- Design/oversee strategies for digital media activation, re-activation, and preventing discontinued engagement.
- Enhance data-driven HCP marketing plans across adoption journey stages.
- Manage daily relationships with agencies and publishers; share best practices and advocate for innovation.
- Up to 25% domestic travel.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years relevant marketing experience OR Master’s + 4 years OR Bachelor’s + 6 years OR Associate’s + 10 years OR High school/GED + 12 years.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- 3+ years collaborating with marketing/compliance or in healthcare/life sciences.
- Experience executing multi-channel initiatives (paid/organic/Generative search, email, websites, display, video, mobile, CRM, social).
- Strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, tactical planning.
- Cross-functional leadership; agency/publisher partnership skills.
- Bias for action; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
