Digital Marketing, Ultra Rare Medicines - Senior Manager

What You Will Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of Ultra-Rare Brand Strategies into digital means for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and consumer digital promotions in the U.S.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable execution and drive Ultra-Rare toward best possible outcomes.
- Own end-to-end digital marketing tactics (creative brief, message development, execution, measurement, and optimization) with Brand Marketing Leads and Brand Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with brand leadership to turn positioning, customer journeys, and go-to-market plans into actionable projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional matrix teams (commercial, global commercial capabilities, analytics, regulatory, compliance, vendors) to organize tasks, set priorities, and achieve targeted brand results.
- Promote analytics and automation tools (e.g., modular/GenAI content creation, workflow automation, production analytics) to reduce manual work and speed insights.
- Convert objectives into measurable KPIs and SLAs; recommend operational changes and adoption strategies based on performance data.
- Maintain Ultra-Rare brand and unbranded websites and associated processes.
- Design and oversee strategies for digital media activation, re-activation, and preventing discontinued engagement.
- Build and broaden a data-driven marketing plan to engage HCPs across key adoption journey stages.
- Manage daily relationships with agencies and publishers.
- Advocate for ongoing innovation and continual learning; share best practices.
- Up to 25% domestic travel.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years relevant marketing experience OR
- Master’s degree and 4 years relevant marketing experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years relevant marketing experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 10 years relevant marketing experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years relevant marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years collaborating with marketing, compliance, or within healthcare/life sciences organizations.
- Experience executing multi-channel initiatives (paid search/SEM, organic search/SEO, generative search/GEO, email, websites, display, video, mobile, CRM, social).
- Expertise in strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical planning.
- Strategic thinker supporting key business decisions.
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional project teams; critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration.
- Skilled working with agencies and publishers to produce compelling creative content.
- Strong empathy for building consumer experiences.
- Bias for action and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
