Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day intranet platform operations for Global Talent Management sites and campaigns; ensure high-quality, timely execution and delivery excellence.
- Maintain platform performance, usability, and governance standards at scale.
- Lead global content adaptation and translation processes with cross-functional teams.
- Track site/campaign performance, translate data into insights, and continuously optimize (including targeted CMS updates).
- Partner on creative briefs; oversee production of campaign assets.
- Coordinate stakeholders and approvers.
- Drive end-to-end digital content and enterprise campaign launches (timeline planning through launch and cross-team alignment).
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and messaging standards.
- Standardize workflows and improve operational processes for speed and scalability.
Required
- 3 to 5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
