Job Description Responsibilities Create and deliver impactful (digital) campaigns in collaboration with the AP Contraception Brand Managers and other stakeholders Manage digital initiatives/engagement channel rollouts that aims to improve our customer/consumer reach and provide better customer experiences Turn valuable customer insights into impactful marketing activities Collaborate across markets and drive results by continuously optimizing the customer experience by running experiments and documenting failures and scaling successes Take responsibility and ownership of problems, ensuring escalation as appropriate. Demonstrate how data & analytics can guide our marketing initiatives, making the AP cluster a data-driven organization Required Education, Experience and Skills Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing within healthcare industry Strong experience in digital marketing/ omnichannel marketing/campaign design experience with an emphasis on digital engagement strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business results Experience with Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology tooling (e.g. Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Portals) Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing is beneficial A data driven mindset with relevant work experience doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer level The capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change across borders A strong digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital content A passion for data and analytics with ability to point out key insights to drive more data-informed decision making Comfortable working both independently and in a cross-functional team. Wide ranging knowledge and understanding of analytics and affinity for working with data. Proven capability to develop sustainable and cooperative professional relationships with all levels of the organization. Ability to work effectively across markets displaying great collaboration and communication skills. Fluent English in both speaking and writing. A second language from the AP Cluster would be a plus.
