Responsibilities include platform ownership—enhancements, release planning, testing, vendor management—and leading digital marketing initiatives such as campaigns, SEO/SEM, site merchandising, and customer engagement strategies. The role also involves analytics, defining KPIs, reporting, and optimizing customer journeys and digital content. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 5+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or platform management; experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify Plus; strong knowledge of customer journeys, digital analytics, and site optimization; experience supporting regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare; proven collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, and IT teams.
