Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellence of digital products/services by driving timely execution enterprise-wide; reshape strategies/tactics as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams and co-create innovation projects with employees, strategic partners, and vendors.
- Support digital business development: maintain competitive intelligence/decision support, model commercial feasibility and business cases, and improve scouting/evaluation processes.
- Plan/benchmark digital competitive intelligence infrastructure; provide industry-leading digital health strategic intelligence to leadership.
- Deliver actionable analyses (reports, presentations, briefings) to support executive decisions.
- Track key technology/industry/business trends; identify/prioritize business intelligence needs and develop case studies.
- Manage internal innovation programs, including grant funding allocation/spending and alignment with objectives; partner with Finance on budget/resource optimization.
- Plan/executing external engagements (communities/events) to strengthen intelligence, scouting, and partnerships; support partner/build/buy decisions and assess/benchmark due diligence/business models for partnership deal flow.
- Up to 5% travel; up to 80% remote.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Masterβs degree in Innovation and Management (or related) + 4 years related experience.
- Prior experience developing a company-wide Salesforce instance for strategic partnership dealflow coordination and leveraging advanced AI for automation/analysis.
- Experience developing innovations from idea to startup to market (project management).
- Strategic partnership/alliance management, including due diligence for partners of varying maturity to launch late-stage assets.
- Business analysis and technology/innovation scouting.
