The Digital Marketing Associate Director will be responsible for driving digital strategy and tactics for SpringWorks’ commercial product(s), as well as other clinical-stage programs. This role will enable high-impact product and disease communications across all digital channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners.
This role will be responsible for the development and deployment of digital tactics inclusive of CRM, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, targeted media, and third-party platform communications. This person will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of all marketing websites.
The successful candidate will have a desire and passion to play an integral part in building a company focused on impacting patients with high unmet needs. The candidate must have a ‘roll up your sleeves, get things done’ mindset to be successful here. The successful candidate will recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company and will come in laser-focused on role execution to capitalize on that opportunity. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs.
The expected salary range for this position is $152,250.00 - $200,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
