Digital Lab Platforms - ELN Lead

Role: Lead strategy, deployment, and management of Takeda's electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) platform across quality control labs. Responsibilities include overseeing solution delivery—architecture, configuration, integration, validation—and ensuring compliance, scalability, and data integrity. Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive program execution, including timelines, risks, and budgets. Build team capability via resource planning and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with stakeholders to support adoption and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT, life sciences, engineering, or related field; 5+ years in laboratory informatics, including ELN and LIMS support, deployment, and integration. Experience managing multi-site/regional projects and vendor solutions. Strong understanding of laboratory operations, data flows, and regulated environments. Skills in system architecture, validation, and lifecycle support, plus stakeholder management and communication.
