Digital & Interactive Design
- Create dynamic designs for web, email, social, digital presentations, digital literature, tradeshow experiences, wireframes, and prototypes using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Incorporate micro-interactions, motion concepts, and interactive behaviors (UI animations, transitions, hover states, simple Lottie/GIF-style assets)
- Translate brand systems into flexible, scalable digital experiences
Cross-Functional Enablement & Communication
- Partner with UI/UX in regular syncs, reviews, and working sessions
- Translate vision into scalable execution; document best practices and help train designers on new processes/tools/design system updates
- Improve cross-functional workflows and ensure efficient, consistent handoffs between Creative, UI/UX, and development
- Design within CMS constraints; partner with developers to deliver production-ready solutions
- Support page building and content layout in CMS platforms (preferred: Drupal 11)
- Use HTML/CSS literacy to inform layout decisions, component behavior, and handoff clarity
- Participate in design reviews, feedback loops, and iteration
Brand Stewardship
- Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Apply and evolve design system standards
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are built into designs
AI & Design Integration (Skills)
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools; ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs for brand alignment and quality
Design Expertise (Skills)
- Strong digital design foundation (layout, typography, color, hierarchy, usability)
- User-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and UI component creation
- Some experience with interactive/responsive web experiences; systems/component thinking
- Exposure to light motion design and interaction patterns
Tools & Platforms (Skills)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- CMS experience (preferred: Drupal 11)
- Familiarity with Bynder and Monday.com (or similar)
Technical Literacy (Skills)
- HTML/CSS literacy; collaborate with developers within technical limitations
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in digital design or graphic design (web and mobile interfaces)
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio (web and digital collateral such as email, social, landing pages, advertising); systems thinking and execution
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and production quality
