Main Responsibilities
- Serve as communications lead for the CX Center of Excellence (COE), owning internal communications for CX initiatives’ value, direction, and impact.
- Act as content strategy subject-matter expert for the CX Foundation’s Community of Practice.
- Improve the CX COE SharePoint website to be a credible, up-to-date global resource.
- Develop content frameworks enabling product teams to apply content best practices for multi-modal environments.
- Advance agentic content experience with frameworks/guidance for AI-driven, autonomous, conversational digital environments.
- Maintain CX content guidelines as living standards with review cycles and governance aligned to evolving priorities and AI capabilities.
- Evolve information architecture and taxonomy standards, guidelines, and toolkits for scalable content structuring and surfacing.
- Plan and deliver training and workshops to upskill employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any domain); Master’s a plus.
- 5+ years in UX/UI writing, content design, content strategy, communications, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Experience leading content programs/communities of practice/cross-functional initiatives in digital product/consumer experience.
- Expertise in content lifecycle management and optimization (governance, workflow design, performance improvement).
- Experience creating communication plans for diverse audiences (especially technical/scientific communities).
- Strong UX/UI writing knowledge.
- Experience developing practitioner-facing training/playbooks/toolkits/enablement resources.
- Strong information architecture and taxonomy expertise.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; adaptable storytelling/copywriting.
