Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the communications lead for the CX Center of Excellence (COE), owning internal communication strategies for stakeholders.
- Be the lead subject-matter expert representative for content strategy in the CX Foundation’s Community of Practice.
- Support ongoing improvement of the CX COE SharePoint site as a credible, up-to-date resource for the global organization.
- Develop content frameworks enabling product teams to apply content best practices for multi-modal environments.
- Advance agentic content experience by developing frameworks and guidance for content that works in AI-driven, autonomous, conversational digital environments.
- Maintain CX content guidelines as living standards with regular review cycles and governance processes.
- Evolve standards, guidelines, and toolkits for information architecture and taxonomy.
- Plan and deliver training and workshops to upskill employees on content best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any domain (Master’s is a plus).
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI writing, content design, content strategy, communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Experience leading content programs, communities of practice, or cross-functional content initiatives in digital product/consumer experience.
- Expertise in content lifecycle management and optimization (governance, workflow design, performance improvement).
- Experience defining and implementing communication plans for diverse business functions and technical/scientific audiences.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI writing principles in digital product environments.
- Experience creating practitioner-facing training materials, playbooks, toolkits, or enablement resources.
- Strong information architecture and taxonomy expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable tone and format.
