Role Summary

DigITal Accelerator Development Program Analyst 2026 is a two-year rotating program within Bristol Myers Squibb's BI&T organization, based in Princeton, NJ, with on-site work required. The program is designed to discover your strengths and career interests while contributing to digital and technology initiatives that accelerate patient care. You will gain hands-on experience with disruptive technologies (AI, cloud computing, advanced analytics) and rotate through high-impact teams, receiving formal training, stretch assignments, mentoring, and exposure to a broad set of digital technologies such as AWS, Azure, Python, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, robotics, and machine learning frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Required: Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other majors with an interest in technology and a passion for patients.
  • Preferred: Life sciences backgrounds including, but not limited to, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry.
  • Required: Applicants who graduated within the last year or will graduate by May 2026.
  • Required: Candidates must be a US citizen, have a lawful permanent resident of the US or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
