Operations
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with assigned clinics to improve utilization, increase adoption, and minimize implementation time of diagnostic products.
- Identify, quantify, qualify, track, and evaluate clinic pain points; develop and implement workflow processes that improve the customer experience with diagnostic products.
- Provide prompt, accurate onsite technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system problems.
- Deliver formal and informal guidance, instruction, and training on the product line to increase productivity and performance.
- Support post-sale installation and validation; provide applications and operations training.
- Complete daily activity documentation with detailed reports after customer visits, including satisfaction information.
- Work with the Area Business Manager (ABM) and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant (DSC) in a team-based approach to provide customer service.
- Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and new business through referrals.
- Safely lift and move 60 lbs.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability Requirements:
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe).
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 80% (flexible to customer visit requests) and travel across the US and Canada; may travel Sunday for Monday morning visits.
- Typically works standard business hours, Monday–Friday.
- Bilingual (Spanish or French) is a plus.

Qualifications (Training, Education, & Prior Experience):
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program preferred.
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical setting.
- Basic knowledge of animal disease states preferred.
- Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes.

Training Locations (New Hire): Union City, CA; Malvern, PA; Parsippany, NJ.
