Devens Spring Co-op Program (STEM)

Role: 6-month BioPharma co-op supporting process optimization and continuous improvement at Bristol Myers Squibb's biologics and cell therapy manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: assist in biotech process areas such as cell culture and purification, analyze data for root cause identification, support GMP-regulated manufacturing activities, review technical documentation, collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Supply Chain teams, and explore emerging technologies. Requirements: current enrollment in a STEM Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate program, strong interest in biologics/cell therapy, excellent communication and analytical skills, experience working collaboratively, proficiency with Microsoft Office, willingness to gown into controlled environments. Preferred qualifications include prior laboratory or project experience, programming/scientific software knowledge.
