Role: Develop, optimize, and support MRI magnet assembly processes and technologies, focusing on enhancing performance, reliability, and reducing costs. Responsibilities: design and implement improvements to existing products, evaluate new fabrication methods (welding, brazing, cryogenic processes), and support supply chain issues through material and process evaluation. Participate in all product development phases, from concept to manufacturing ramp-up, and conduct R&D investigations to develop new fabrication techniques. Provide technical support and coordinate cross-functional activities related to MRI magnet design, analysis, and testing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred: hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical assemblies, tooling design, cryogenic or vacuum vessel fabrication, and manufacturing technologies.
