Desktop Support Engineer

Role: Desktop Support Engineer providing technical support within a biopharma environment, focusing on endpoint management, user support, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: deliver first-line support for desktops, laptops, peripherals; manage software installation, configuration, and license compliance using platforms like Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager; perform hardware maintenance and coordinate warranty repairs; maintain asset records and documentation; support compliance with FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11) and assist with audits. Requirements: Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience; expertise in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Microsoft 365 admin tools, SharePoint, Intune, and endpoint management; familiarity with networking basics; strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills. Preferred: experience supporting device lifecycle management in regulated biotech/pharma settings; knowledge of FDA compliance standards; proficiency with ticketing systems like FreshService. WorkSetup: onsite in Lexington, MA, five days per week; requires lifting and moving equipment up to 30 lbs.
